Project Manager

Melody joined the RW Jones Agency as a project manager in Rankin Climate. With a research and project management background, she manages clients through comprehensive climate assessments, strategic planning, and change management initiatives that help to create inclusive and thriving environments for all community members.

Melody’s research work involves collaborating with various institutions to conduct climate assessments, taking charge of planning, executing, and managing projects from start to finish. Melody collaborates with the Rankin Climate team and their campus partners to gain valuable insights into each community and organization to identify areas for improvement.

Before joining Rankin Climate, Melody was a co-investigator on projects funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research. Most of her research initiatives targeted improving access to employment and transportation to disadvantaged populations, including people with disabilities and older adults.

Melody lives in New Jersey with her husband. Outside work, she likes to cook, travel and teach CPR and first-aid classes.
