The Institute for College Access and Success (TICAS), an independent nonprofit and research organization based in Oakland, California, unveiled a report suggesting that employment data that is often offered by colleges and universities cannot be trusted because it is difficult to compare.

A report from Ithaka S+R released today suggests the way companies assess talent is changing and rapidly so. Previously companies would assess an applicant’s skills based on their resume, which included credentials earned through a degree, training program or previous job.
