Rossall Willyerd Holdings, which includes the RW Jones Agency and Rankin Climate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. A fully remote company, RWH has staff in Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, Nashville, Memphis, Florida, Texas and New Hampshire, and seeks associates to work where they reside.
The RW Jones Agency is a premiere strategic communications firm serving the education space. The firm employs nearly 25 full-time staff members nationwide. Rankin Climate is one of the nation’s premier climate survey firms focusing on workplace climate, diversity, equity and inclusion training and TIX consultation.
We are looking for a talented individual who will lead and direct the company's accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports. This position is full-time and remote.
Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance and expense management (knowledge of online record-keeping systems such as Quickbooks or other accounting software is a must)
Financial planning and budgeting
Organization of contract renewals
Payroll: We currently work with an outside payment system. We would expect that you would continue to work with our accountant who manages this.
Preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
Assisting with onboarding new employees, including ordering supplies, insurance enrollment and payroll
Providing high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, arranging meetings and handling travel arrangements
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, conferences, and other events
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support from initiation to completion
3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial regulations
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, managing competing priorities with ease
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines

Salary & Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience. The range is between $90,000 and $105,000. We provide access to medical, dental and vision. There is a 401K with a three percent employer match and an unlimited vacation schedule.
